Semaglutide by Hygene Pharma (Hygetropin Manufacturer), top grade factory direct product.

Semaglutide (Ozempic) is a non-insulin injection used for weight loss and to lower blood glucose levels. It promotes appetite suppression. Can be used alone or with other medications. It is administered as a weekly injection.

Ozempic (Semaglutide) belongs to a group of medications known as glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonists by which it improves (sugar) levels for people with Type 2 Diabetes.

Ozempic Dosage

To begin, inject 0.5 mg of Ozempic (Semaglutide) once a week for 4 weeks. It should be injected subcutaneously (under the skin) on your stomach area (abdomen), upper thigh, or upper arm. It can be injected at any time of the day, without regard to meals. If you find you're not tolerating this dose well, lower it to 0.25 mg per week.

After four weeks, increase the dose by 0.5 mg, making it a total of 1 mg once a week, for 4 weeks.

The dose can be increased again after that to the maximum recommended dose of 2 mg per week.

Ozempic Injection Guidance

You received 1 x 10mg vial, which should last over 10 weeks. The average dosage is 1mg per week, so there are at least 10 doses in the vial, with a maximum of 2mg. However, it’s best to start with a lower dose, typically 0.25mg. Please ensure you understand the difference between mg and ml, as they are not the same.

For example, if you start with 0.5mg per week, during weeks 1 and 2 you'll use 1mg total. Continue with 1mg per week for the following 8 weeks, and in week 10, use the remaining 1.5mg.

To measure 1mg:
The vial contains 10mg of Semaglutide. You will be provided with injection water. Withdraw 1ml of water using the syringe provided and inject it into the vial. The solution will mix automatically (you can follow the video guide). This will give you 10mg of premixed solution with 1ml of water.

Withdraw the mixed solution back into another syringe, which will be marked in 0.1ml increments. To inject 1mg, use just 0.1ml (1/10th of the syringe). Keep the remaining solution in the syringe in the fridge. Each week, inject another 0.1ml. The liquid should last for 10 weeks.

Make sure to replace the needle before each injection. While there are various methods, this is the simplest approach. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Ozempic Storage

It should be stored in the refrigerator between 36-48°F (2-8°C). The ideal storage is the top shelf of your refrigerator, away from the cooling elements. Semaglutide (Ozempic)may degrade if it's exposed to extreme colds. This can impact the effectiveness of the medication.
